The Interior has been reapholsrered and headlinings replaced.
Navigation is via a Garmin gps/ chart plotter which is connected to a Digital yacht class B transponder. ( the name Katie girl has not been uploaded so you can change if you wish.
The boat was re-engined with a Beta 28 (25hp) in 2009.
Sails include a fully battened main, large (130 ? %) genoa, a fairly new nr 1 head sail which balances the boat better and goes faster. There is a nr 4 for heavy weather and a cruising schute.

The Westerly Storm is a very popular and sought-after yacht for good reason! They have great accommodation, a lovely roomy cockpit and superb performance.
As I first approached this Westerly storm along the pontoon, what first caught my eye was her beautifully shiny hull. Speaking with the owner, he informed me that during a recent lift out for annual maintenance, her hull had been professionally polished and the finished result was beautiful. Her deck and topsides are also in great condition for a vessel of this age.
