We are giving up sailing so this yacht comes with many extras, including a Taylors parafin cabin heater (new around 2.5K) allowing for year round sailing. We sailed it throughout the year.

This is an excellent example of the popular Westerly Konsort. Finty was built in 1980 with many of the original features intact and with many extras.

Designed by Laurent-Giles, 704 were made between 1977 – 1991 and is a well sought after spacious family cruiser.

It is a fin keel, with large forepeak, convertible bed in the saloon and quarter berth sleeping 5

It allows for easy short-handed sailing.

It has been well maintained and serviced by the past and present owner.
Mast off and stripped in 2015; replaced all standing rigging, including bottlescrews.
It has been lifted, washed and anti-fouled every year over the past 7 years and is a dry boat.

Repairs to canvas - the canvas for the stack pack has been repaired and now needs some attention.
